STORY
LP’s Quality Meats first opened its doors in 2014 in the backstreets of Chippendale.
Initially a restaurant focusing on smoked meats, the LP's kitchen began producing smallgoods to service the busy venue, which is when the team started making Mortadella, an Italian deli meat which quickly evolved into wholesale production & supply to some of Sydney's best restaurants.
After closing in February 2020, Luke Powell set out to refurbish the restaurant to make way for a dedicated production kitchen within the former dining space.
The unique space in Chippendale operated both as a smallgoods production facility weekdays and LP's Bistrot/Deli weeknights until LP finally took the plunge in late 2023 to move the production facility to a factory space in Marrickville purely dedicated to producing and supplying the best quality smallgoods to the best venues in Australia.
