STORY
LP’s Quality Meats first opened its doors in 2014 in the backstreets of Chippendale.
A restaurant focusing on smoked meats, the LP's kitchen began producing smallgoods to service the busy venue, which is when the team started making Mortadella, an Italian deli meat which quickly evolved into wholesale production & supply to some of Sydney's best restaurants.
After closing in February 2020, Luke Powell set out to refurbish the former dining space to make way for a production kitchen purely devoted to smallgoods production.
