We offer a range of hand made smoked smallgoods in food service packs such as mortadella, smoked salamis, saucisson and sausages which feature on the menus of some of Australia's best restaurants, bars and deli's. 
We also produce a retail range of our smoked sausages in 5pks, single wrapped saucisson and provisions such as smoked maple and olive oil.
