SCHINKENWURST
Schinkenwurst, which translates from German into 'Ham Sausage', is a delicious combination of Mortadella and Ham.
Chunks of brown sugar cured ham are folded into and suspended in a light farce subtly seasoned with cinnamon and coriander seeds, then smoked overnight with German beechwood.
The end result is slices that visually have a terrazzo-esque appeal and a flavorful ham quality. Perfect for sandwiches, pizza and charcuterie plates.
