LP’s Salami Cotto is hand made with free range Australian pork and seasoned with fennel, coriander, garlic and a touch of dried chilli.
This salami is hot smoked or cooked "Cotto", not dry cured. A fresh style salami that is great as a sandwich filler, a quick snack, entertaining with a charcuterie plate or a fantastic pizza topping.
